Galeria Medicci products displayed on the Site may be available in selected Galeria Medicci places in the United States and Venezuela. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

Denial of Access
These Terms of Use constitute an agreement that is effective unless and until terminated by Galeria Medicci, Inc. We restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services available from Galeria Medicci. Any third-party companies we would use to provide you with products or services are required to keep your information secure and confidential.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

You may return all art works items sold and fulfilled by Galeria Medicci within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective art work item.

Galeria Medicci will not pay in any case taxes or fiscal contributions.

Important:
Art works items could have been received for as a partial payment when a customer chose a more expensive art work item.
